Breakers Resort boasts 11 beachfront cabins.  There are a number of different styles to choose from, all cabins have ocean and mountain views, some cabins are located directly on the beach.

Each cabin includes a fully stocked kitchen, most with fireplaces and large sundecks,  4 cabins boast private outdoor fire pits. We are pet friendly from Sept through June and family friendly year round with many activities in close vicinity as well as our beautiful safe sandy beach and green spaces to play on site.

The Breakers Resort is conveniently located close to marinas with fishing charters available, we have a plaza within walking distance with a grocery store, liquor store, pharmacy, walk in clinic, there is a mini golf a short drive away, go carts, a race track and restaurants

This is a year round destination with summer fun as well as winter activities nearby.  We are a short drive to Mt Washington for Skiing, snowboarding, cross country skiing or snowshoeing, we are close to many hiking and mountain biking areas for all levels of expertise.  The cabins are very cozy in the fall and winter months with a wood stove to curl up to while enjoying all the beauty the ocean and surrounding nature has to offer.

Beachfront Cabins

The oceanfront cabins are located directly on the beach, step off your deck and enjoy a bonfire in your fire pit while watching the cruise ships pass by.  These cabins have two bedrooms and sleep up to 6 people. The master bedroom boasts a view of the ocean and mountains from the comfort of your bed. Perfect for families or couples.

The Boat House

This cabin takes on the feeling of a rustic beach house with nautical décor, a sundeck with private patio area with a fire pit  This is a one bedroom cabin with a queen bed in the living area where you can enjoy the ambiance of the wood stove as well as an ocean view from your bed.  The bedroom has room for 3 more people making this cabin nice for a romantic get away or a family vacation.

Ocean view cabins

These cabins are available in one bedroom, two bedroom and a bachelor cabin. All have fully equipped kitchens with an eating area and living area, most with a wood stove.  These cabins sleep 2-6 people with all linens supplied. While set back from the beach these all have beautiful ocean and mountain views from the living area, patio or sundeck, and just a short stroll to the waters edge.
